Shoal Lake Communiplex

FACILITY PROTOCOLS

MASKS are MANDATORY for EVERYONE to enter the facility.

SIGN IN is MANDATORY for EVERYONE upon entry to facility.

(All teams are to provide a copy of their sign in sheets to Dan Myhill)

SANITIZING is MANDATORY for EVERYONE upon entry to facility.

All staff members and visitors (players, coaches, officials, parents/guardians, spectators) must use the Province of Manitoba Online Screening Tool before entering the facility. Furthermore, anyone feeling ill or showing COVID-19 like symptoms must stay home and not enter the facility.

Parents/guardians allowed entry with players.

Maximum of 240 spectators allowed in facility at any one time.

Physical distancing of 2 m (6 ft) between you and others is required at all times. Please respect distance markings/signage.

Players, team staff, officials and spectators should avoid congregating in small or large groups anywhere in the facility.

Hand sanitizer will be available for all to use.

Participants will be assigned dressing rooms and informed of their designated entrance/exit routes.

No warm-ups will be performed inside the facility.

Showering in the dressing rooms is permitted.

Cleaning will be performed when player groups/teams vacate the dressing rooms/benches, etc. before the next group will be permitted entrance/use of that area.

Spectators will exit the facility with participants within 30 minutes.

Shoal Lake Communiplex is not responsible for any fines incurred by users or spectators for not following the Manitoba Health Restoring Safe Services guidelines/Public Orders as well as the Return to Play guidelines provided by the User Group’s provincial sport body (if applicable).


Entry and exit signage will be visibly marked.

Absolutely no entry to Zamboni Room.
