The R.M. of Yellowhead follows three By-Laws:

Town of Shoal Lake Zoning By-Law #1-2005, as amended

R.M. of Strathclair Zoning By-Law #15-86, as amended

 

When applying for a building permit or development permit, a site plan must also be completed. This is a part of the permit where you show where you plan on building from all property lines (in feet).
