The Shoal Lake-Strathclair District Health Foundation Inc. is a non-profit charitable Manitoba corporation established in April 1996. 

Its primary purpose is to receive donations, gifts and bequests of cash and real or personal property and to use those resources, or the income generated by them, to enhance health care within the area known as "Shoal Lake-Strathclair Health District".

The Foundation is governed by an appointed Board of Directors.
