The RM of Yellowhead took ownership in April of 2021. The facilities are operated by the MHL Board, who are appointed by the municipality.
The facilities provide affordable housing for the people of the municipality and surrounding communities.
The Morley House has nine bachelor suites and eight one bedroom suites.
Lakeshore Lodge has nine one bedroom suites.
Both facilities provide a common area for socialization, laundry facilities, parking, grocery delivery, pharmacy delivery. Home care, hairdressing, housekeeping services are also available.
