 Yellowhead Broadband is accepting applications from an energetic, highly motivated individual to become part of our team for a 6 to 12 month Term. Yellowhead Broadband is a successful, fast-paced Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), with a positive, team-oriented work environment. We offer a competitive benefits package. Key Responsibilities

-Residential and commercial installations of (wireless) equipment and services

- Work Safely at Heights

-Responding to customer service calls

-Positive, pleasant interaction with customers regarding equipment and services

-Reporting and record keeping of customer connections and inquiries

Qualifications

-Analytical ability and technical aptitude of networking is required. Additional training or experience with wireless distribution system in a rural setting would also be an asset.

-Analytical ability and technical aptitude of IT services is an asset

-Demonstrated ability to work with the public, in a customer focused environment

-Effective communications skills are required

-Must be a good team worker and have a strong work ethic

-Experience working under board direction would be an asset
